How to sell anywhere with payment links & buy buttons

Copy any offer's public checkout link and put it behind buy buttons on your website, in emails, bios and posts. No Knola sales page required.

By Knola3 min read

Every offer's checkout has a public URL. That URL is your payment link: anyone who opens it lands on your checkout, pays, and flows through the rest of your funnel (upsell, downsell, thank-you) exactly as you built it. You never need a Knola sales page in front of it, which is why creators keeping an existing website put this link behind their buy buttons.

Copy the link from the offer row

In your admin, open Offers. Each offer wired to a checkout shows a Payment link button on its row. Click it and the checkout's URL is on your clipboard (Copied ✓ confirms). The same URL also lives on the offer's detail page under Share this link.

Or copy it from the funnel canvas

Working in the funnel instead? Open Funnels, open the funnel, and the checkout step's card on the canvas carries the same Payment link pill. This is the per-step link. A funnel's Copy link on the funnels list points at the entry step, while Payment link always jumps buyers straight to checkout.

Paste it anywhere buyers are

  • Behind the buy buttons on your existing website. Swap the old checkout URL for this one and your site sells Knola courses without a redesign.
  • In emails and newsletters, as the CTA link.
  • In your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube bio, and in posts and video descriptions.
  • On your own Knola pages: drop a CtaButton block in the page builder and link it to the offer.
The link jumps straight to checkout, so put your persuasion before it: the email, the post, the video is your sales page.

Check the funnel behind it is live

The payment link is the front door to the funnel checkout, not a separate checkout of its own: whatever the checkout step is set up to do (order bump, upsell, thank-you page) happens for every buyer who arrives through the link. That also means the link only takes real payments once the funnel is published: hit Go live on the offer (or publish from the funnel canvas) before you share it.

This is the checkout for Knola-automated payments through your connected Stripe account. To sell through PayPal, Gumroad or another processor entirely, use your own payment processor instead.

Can I put a Knola checkout behind buy buttons on my existing website?

Yes, that's exactly what the Payment link is for. Copy it from the offer row and use it as the link behind any buy button; buyers land on your Knola checkout and get access automatically after paying.

Does the payment link skip my upsells?

No. The link opens the checkout step of the funnel, so every buyer flows through the bump, upsell and thank-you pages you configured, in order.

Why does my offer row not show a Payment link button?

The offer is not wired to a checkout yet. Offers built in the composer always are, but an offer created outside it needs wiring up on the funnel canvas before it has a public URL.
